We process orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number so you can stalk your package like Joe from “You” 👀.

Shipping usually takes 5–7 business days in the U.S.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked delivered — but if your order runs into issues, email us at “kiingmiinks@kiingmiinksbeautytrapco.com” and we’ll help however we can.

Please review the following information before completing your order.

📦 What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order reserves your product before it officially launches.
This allows us to order inventory specifically for you and guarantee availability.

⏳ Estimated Shipping Window

All pre-order items from the Miink Boss Pre-Order Sale will ship in:

This is an estimated timeframe. Orders may ship earlier or slightly later depending on production and shipping times from our manufacturer. You will receive tracking information as soon as your package is on the way.

🚚 Mixed Orders (Pre-Order + In-Stock Items)

If your order contains both pre-order items and regular items:

All items will ship together once the pre-order items arrive.

If you need in-stock items sooner, please place two separate orders.

❌ Cancellation Policy

Because inventory is ordered specifically for you, pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed.

Please double-check your items and shipping address before completing checkout.

📧 Address Changes

If you move or need your shipping address updated, you MUST contact us within 7 days of placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an old or incorrect address if we were not notified.

💳 Payment Terms

Payment is collected at checkout.
This secures your reservation in our 100-spot Miink Boss Pre-Order Drop and helps fund production.

There are no additional charges once your order ships.
